Can anyone help me. I've recently purchased a german VW Westfalia Atlantic 1990 and I desperately need an English owners handbook.
Does anyone know where I can get one from. I have a look on the internet but no luck so far.

With great personnal sadness we have lost one of our clubs long serving members. Pete Gilbert died after a short illness.
Our thoughts are with his surviving family.

I remember when Pete joines, back in 1997. I was the only one on the club stand and was going to go home. Pete had been to many shows over the years and he will be sadly missed by me and other members of the Volkswagen scene. Over the years Pete has helped me put up and take down many a club stand.

If anyone is looking for type 2 bay parts an (S reg) camper is in Outens breakers on the A13 at Purfleet. Engines a CJ code so that should be a 2000cc. Doors, engine lid, tailgate all look ok. all interior is all there too. i've had the sliding door & louvred window. The pop up roof is in good order too. The vans not bad, just a big dents in back corner & front panel.
If anyone goes down there, ask for Graham. He looks after the parts.

Hi i'm a new member Mark Shears, I've got a early 71 bay that came with a spare engine. But its a type 3 1600 engine. Is this any good for a camper. i know it needs the dip stick & oil sender taped out, also it must have the camper tin ware put on. can any one help. thanks
